Formation of the Mar Thoma Evangelistic Association. Kottarathil Thomas Kasseesa and eleven other God fearing persons gathered together in Kallisseri Kadavil Malika (a place near Chengannur) for prayer and decided to form this association for the propagation of the Gospel and for the spiritual enrichment of the church members.
